Reading While Eating:
- If you’re having trouble getting those bigger meals down, grab something to read. Reading is a useful way to occupy your mind, and helps pass the time while eating. Make your meals less of a hassle and learn something at the same time!
Heat Things Up:
- Wearing some heavier clothes or an extra layer such as sweat pants or a sweatshirt is an easy way to get your body temperature up while training. Mix that with the right cardio and weight training, and your body will become a fat furnace. Just remember to stay hydrated!
