Meal 1:

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 2 Whole Grain Tortillas
  • Meal 2:

    Meal 3:

  • 1 cup cooked Rice
  • 1 tbsp Hummus
  • 1 Apple
  • Meal 4:

    Meal 5:

  • 1 cup cooked Oatmeal
  • 1 serving Salad with Fat Free Dressing
  • NO-Xplode: 1 scoop before workout
  • Syntha-6: 2 scoops after workout
  • Don’t forget to include vegetables such as broccoli as they are good for the digestive system.
  • To combat cravings try eating 1 tbsp of peanut butter with one tsp raw honey and 1 handful of trail mix.
